Agreement with Huberway LLC
These Terms and Conditions are between you and Huberway LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By accessing or using Huberway websites, products, demos, forms, chat, support, or related services, you agree to these terms.
If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
This page is provided for transparency and should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a regulated commercial launch.
Services
Huberway provides websites, product information, demos, commercial forms, support experiences, AI-assisted chat, and software products including Expandigo, AgentSales, AI Workspace, and Esdra. Some products may be in beta, limited availability, waitlist, or preview status.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for credentials, access permissions, and activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
- We may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the services, users, or Huberway.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the services unlawfully, deceptively, or to infringe rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, or usage controls.
- Do not upload malware, exploit code, or content intended to harm systems.
- Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the services except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Do not use AI or data features to produce unlawful, discriminatory, harmful, or misleading outputs.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Huberway the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content to provide and improve the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit data to Huberway.
AI features
AI-assisted features may generate imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. AI outputs do not replace professional advice, human judgment, legal review, financial review, or compliance review.
Subscriptions, trials, and demos
- Trial, beta, or demo access may be limited, modified, or discontinued.
- Paid subscriptions, invoices, renewals, taxes, cancellation, and service levels may be governed by a separate order form or agreement.
- If separate written terms conflict with these public terms, the signed written terms control for that customer relationship.
Intellectual property
Huberway, product names, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, workflows, and documentation are owned by Huberway or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as is and as available. Huberway disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huberway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Governing law
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
